Our dynamic team leader and co-founder is a world recognised expert in the Flake Graphite industry with a deep understanding of techno commercial aspects of the industry. Shishir has considerable experience spanning 27+ years working with natural flake graphite in various spheres like mining, processing and marketing of this commodity. He also has considerable expertise within the financial analysis and project construction, has been the key driver for the present and planned projects. Shishir possesses skills in corporate and financial management, human resource development and capital markets and deep insight in flake graphite applications and markets. As an entrepreneur, he has a significant contribution in the development of the Company since its incorporation.

Shishir is the strategist, key driver and architect of the Company, he has led the Company to successfully execute three acquisitions, designed the development path of the Company, formed an extensive team across the Company’s project locations that incorporates its techno-commercial talents, and has conceptualised and driven the Company to present day. Having built and operated industrial enterprises in the past, he has led the Company with his skills in project building, which allowed the completion of the Company’s first project within the defined timeframe and budget. Shishir also has wide contributions in the sphere of industrial policy and development, has delivered keynote addresses in various forums like The Parliamentary Committee for Industries, India and is a member of the National Board for MSME as a Special Invitee, Government of India. He has held positions and been an active contributor to various industry and trade bodies. He is widely travelled across the globe addressing conferences and seminars on various subjects including flake graphite, sustainable development, sustainable mineral exploitation etc.
