Governance Framework
Through adoption and implementation of formal Codes and Policies, Tirupati Graphite’s governance framework guides the conduct of its directors, officers, employees, communities, customers, and stakeholders to integrate clear oversight, ethical policies, transparency, and active ESG engagement to promote its values across its activities.
